The Well House

Come relax and enjoy our well house converted into a tiny home! House features a bathroom with a shower, a loft with a queen sized bed and a simplified kitchen area. Vintage items reused throughout with many up-cycled and rehab’d pieces. The property is 3/4 an acre featuring mature trees and peek-a-boo views! Just a short drive to the boat launches to the Snoqualmie River, spend your summer floating in the warm breeze & then come back and relax on the deck watching one of our gorgeous sunsets. Tiny home with a loft that’s accessed by a beautiful custom made ladder. Simple kitchenette with a small foldable dining table. Shower and toilet in private bathroom area and only sink in the main room. Park in the spot in front of the garage. I’m always a message away if you need anything! Additional kitchen items available upon request. Be prepared to see our doggie, Pepper, (she may bark but is harmless), our puppy Kobe, our barn cat and 3 chickens out and about on the property at times! Oh and perhaps our two kids too! Fall city is a bikers, hikers and floaters paradise! Home to a wonderful coffee shop and local antique stores, come relax in our small town charm while only being 30 minutes from Seattle! Plenty of parking in downtown Fall City along the River. Also many spots at the boat launches. Bring the bicycle! There is access to the Snoqualmie Valley Trail right across the street! There is not an oven or stove. The bed is accessed through a ladder that you can lift up and push in to put against the wall when not in use. You may book additional guests for a fee who want to camp. Its $25 per tent. Message me so I can adjust the listing for that. They provide their own tent(s). Up to 3 tents allowed. Must set up near tiny house.
