Multi-level with approximately 3700 square of living space, it is tastefully decorated with your comfort in mind. Tall, vented beam ceilings allow hot air to flow out of the house. The oversize ceiling fans, only rarely needed, allow you to maintain comfort year-round. The large entry provides ample gathering space, a table for 6, a wheelchair friendly desk, and includes a Queen sofa sleeper. It flows into the spacious kitchen that offers duplicate refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, and a large dining table. There are 2 separate living areas both offering TV’s and comfortable seating. Home offers WIFI & an upgraded TV selection of 300 HD programming. Total occupancy is controlled by a Hawaii County law which states 8 people maximum.  The main level has 3 bedrooms: The forward bedroom is designed for wheelchair access including en-suite bathroom with level-entry shower and wheelchair friendly cabinetry. A more intimate bedroom is also located forward, along with a bathtub and shower. The main level Master Bedroom is very large and is equipped with master bed, twin-size bunk beds, and a Queen sofa sleeper. Master beds are all Cal-King. The upper level of the home features another spacious bedroom that includes 2 master beds and a Queen Sofa Sleeper. *Please note that despite the various bedding configuration options, this home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. The home is located in the Keauhou area, just a 5 minute walk to Keauhou Bay where there are snorkel cruises, kayak rentals, etc. The Keauhou Shopping Center is nearby and offers a grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants and shopping.
