This property is a two family home located on about an acre of land. One side of the house has tenants which is a family of four is very friendly and respectful. Guests will have access to second side of the home. Inside the apartment guests will only have access the first floor which includes a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dinning room and living room. There is also a washer and dryer available to guests. Guests are not allowed upstairs, which is locked off and there is a camera facing the staircase to ensure no trespassing. There is a gas station within a stone throw of our home that is conveniently open until 12am. Guests will need a car to get around. Free parking onsite in front of the house.
