This unit is on the 2nd floor of a walk-up building. There is no elevator. There are 2 exterior stairs into the unit/property. Other things to note -You must climb stairs at this property -There is no on site parking. We will send you a list of nearby paid garages with your check-in instructions. -Pets are welcome. However, there is a one time fee of $150 per stay for cleaning. This will be charged thru the resolution center prior to your arrival. Failure to comply will result in access not permitted to the property. You'll have access to the entire apartment with entry to the building and the condo controlled by keypad locks.
