The Center Street house is located in downtown Beaver Utah in a quaint vintage setting. The property is located next to the Philo T. Farnsworth County Park and the historic Territorial Courthouse Museum. Our rental is fully stocked to accommodate your needs. This cute, cozy little place is newly remodeled. It is centrally located in downtown and is within walking distance to the Post Office and grocery store. Easy access in and out with free parking. Come escape from the hectic city/work life. Slow down and enjoy the clean mountain air and small town atmosphere. The space has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with access to the bathroom from each bedroom. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are all complimentary. The living room has a large Roku TV with plenty of room to relax. The living room and kitchen are separated with a bar that seats 4 and is open to the kitchen. The kitchen is complete with microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, pots and pans, serving utensils, coffee, creamer, spices and cleaning supplies. Washer and dryer are not included in the space but a dry cleaner/laundromat is conveniently located across the street. New Wi-Fi makes working remotely easy. It may be possible to accommodate you even if the calendar is blocked. A day is automatically blocked out before and after each guest for cleaning and prep. Message us with your request to see if we can make it work for you. For longer stays (2 weeks or more) we will ask to periodically check the property to make sure it’s being maintained while staying. We may also request to have it cleaned while guests are there. We would like to keep it as clean and nice as possible for the next guests who arrive. If the property is not being maintained or the rules are not followed guests may be asked to leave.
