Centrally Located in the town of Cayey and close to all the Restaurants, Guavate and many other local attractions, this Apartment offers all the commodities of a Modern City retreat along with your Personal and Private Pool. Come experience the Fresh Airs of Cayey, on our outdoor Entertaining Area o seating on your Kitchen, like no other places in the Area can offer. I live on the Second Floor of this home and are available to assist you at the same time we give you your highly valuable privacy The Apartment has been fully stocked with all your basic Kitchen and Bathroom needs for your stay. All linens are provided for your stay. Additional linens are available for an additional cleaning fee. The pool area is great for enjoying the day with the family. Pool hours are 8am-11pm. We care about you and we are taking all the necessary precaution to make sure you have a safe stay. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns. Guests have access to the entire first floor of the property. We provide you with a Key Code on the day of arrival and give you your privacy during your stay. Pool hours are 8am -10pm Quiet time is 8am-11pm Due to the new Executive Order social Events of any kind are not allowed. Day visitors to the property are not allowed per Executive Order. Guests that break the House Rules will be asked to vacate the property immediately. We are located only minutes from the Main Hwy and the Guavate Area. Within walking distance to Restaurant and Bakeries. To comply with the Local Ordinances loud noises are not allowed after 10pm. We highly recommend you rent a vehicle as Taxis and Ubers will bring you to us but might not be available during your Stay. We are located only minutes from the Main Hwy and very easy to find. On the day of arrival we will share a Location Pin with you for your safe arrival. Due to the new Cleaning and disinfecting guidelines early check in and check out is not available. At the moment all guests most show proof of Vaccination or Negative Test upon check in. All guests coming from outside PR most register with the Department of Health and fill out a Travel Declaration form. Guests that violate the House Rules or the Executive Orders will be asked to leave the property immediately.
