This unique guesthouse is located just minutes from downtown Ellicottville and ski resort, Holiday Valley. Experience a silent, dark sleep that can only be enjoyed in the farmlands of Western New York. With a creek just behind the house and open fields surrounding the house, you have a very unique experience that will allow you to detach one minute and then enjoy the hustle and bustle of downtown Ellicottville and the excellent skiing and golfing at Holiday Valley. The property contains a main farmhouse and a large garage with a guesthouse in the back portion of the garage. It is newly remodeled and small but well designed to have all that is needed for a relaxing skiing or golfing adventure. When looking out the upper window from the loft bedroom, you can see the full moon reflecting on the creek at night and enjoy deer grazing by the creek during the day. The sunrise is majestic and the rolling mountains and open fields create an ambiance difficult to find in other areas. The main bedroom is an upper loft with low ceilings on the side and a 5 foot 7 inch ceiling in the center. There is also a very comfortable pull-out couch in the living room. There is ample parking at the house and the location of your parking area will be specifically designated in the guidebook. There is some ability to take Ubers and Lyfts in the area but it may be more convenient to have a vehicle to get to downtown Ellicottville and Holiday Valley. Ellicottville has many exciting activities in all seasons. Golfing, mountain biking, Sky high climbing park in the spring, summer and Fall and of course skiing in the winter. The downtown area has many exquisite restaurants, interesting shops and fun bars for your enjoyment. The area surrounding the home is tranquil, rolling mountains with a constantly flowing creek just behind the home. There are no houses in site and the road is slightly traveling which creates a quiet, darkness that will send you home feeling refreshed and revigorated. There are some Ubers and Lyfts available in the area for transportation but the location may be easier to experience if you have your own vehicle.
