Welcome to Greystone Bungalow. This adorable home was built in the 1930's and recently restored to its original historical charm. Located in the quaint town of Fayetteville. Greystone Bungalow sits two blocks from the town square which has several restaurants and bars, antique shops, and a historic town courthouse. Fayetteville is a 20 mile drive from LaGrange and Columbus and a quick 9 mile drive to Warrenton and Round Top. A perfect location if you're attending the Round Top Antique Fair. Greystone Bungalow has a main house that consist of foyer, an open family and dining room, a full kitchen, and one bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom. Upstairs is another bedroom with 2 twin beds and a full bathroom. Behind the house is a cottage that consist of a queen bed and full bathroom. Connecting these two is a large greystone patio with a fireplace. Greystone Bungalow is located on a residential street that is 2 blocks from the town square in Fayetteville. There's parking on the driveway to the right of the house and in front of the house. If you need an earlier check in time let me know and I'll try to make arrangements. Greystone Bungalow is 2 blocks from Fayetteville's town square. The town square is one of the reasons we bought this house. We love walking to the restaurants and bars, cute antique shops, and other stores. There's also 2 gas stations that have some food items and a pizza shop. All of these are in walking distance. Downtown Round Top has nice restaurants and lots of shops that are open year-round and during the antiques weeks this town explodes with lots of options. Adults can't rent the property on behalf of underage guest. * Greystone Bungalow sits in a residential area. I like my neighbors and they like me so please keep noise to a minimum specially if you're in the backyard. Quiet time starts at 10:00pm. * Candles for safety reasons are not allowed on the property. * Damage Charges will be charged to guest if any items are removed from the property and for any damages to the house or it's contents. * No smoking or vaping on property. * No fireworks are allowed on the property. * Please watch your step on the property. Always use handrails as a precaution when walking down the stairs.
