Enjoy our newly updated duplex. The location is close to downtown, UWSP, Sentry Insurance, and Ascension St. Michael’s Hospital. Bus stop is located right outside the front door. Guests will appreciate comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen makes for a relaxing stay. The basement is finished and it features a work station and extra toilet. Stevens Point offers many activities! Hiking, craft beer makers, winery, winter activities and so much more! Living room has a 55" TV, a comfy couch, lounge chair, an electric fireplace, USB ports in wall by couch and is an open concept with the kitchen. Kitchen has a dining room table, pots & pans, plates, silverware, cooking staples, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, coffee bean grinder and many cooking utensils. Master bedroom is a queen bed, a large smart TV with streaming cable. Bedroom 2 had two single beds. Bathroom has been updated and had a tub/shower combo. The basement space has a large desk, small couch, weight bench, and an extra toilet. The parking is very limited, there is only room for one car in the rental assigned spot. Guests have full access to house and basement. Duplex is one block away from elementary school and walking distance to the famous summer destination, Belt’s Ice Cream. Bus stop outside front door. Parking in drive way for one car. The air conditioning is window units.
