WATERFRONT Mini Cottage with Private Dock and Yard

You've got to see it to believe it! The Cottage on Hazelhurst is a lakeside tiny home that has it all. Tucked into a quiet inlet of Deep Creek Lake, the cottage is perfect for a couple’s getaway. Enjoy breathtaking sunset views from the dock or start up the fire pit for some s’mores. This is your chance to get a taste of life in a tiny house! Did you know you can fit a queen-sized bed, a full bathroom (with a rain shower), and a kitchenette in just 238 square feet? That's right! The Cottage on Hazelhurst is a true tiny house that was designed and built by us. The kitchenette may be small, but it sure is mighty! Our drawers are stocked and ready to go with plates, cooking utensils, silverware, and basic spices. During your stay you'll have access to: • an electric skillet • a toaster oven • a fridge • a microwave • a coffeemaker • a kettle • a toaster For the full lakeside experience, you can also use the propane grill or the fire pit! If you thought we couldn't squeeze in any more amenities, the house also comes with a washer and dryer! Our little cottage sits on a beautiful lakefront location with gorgeous views. You can walk out to the private dock for a morning of fishing or a peaceful afternoon picnic. During the summer season, kayaks will also be available for guest use. You'll be staying in a secluded area of the lake just outside of town. Drive to Oakland in just 15 minutes to enjoy all the activities that Deep Creek Lake has to offer. There's hiking, horseback riding, go-karting, golfing, boating, wine tasting, shopping, skiing, and mountain coaster riding for "kids of all ages." No matter what you like, there's something for everyone! Working remotely? The house is equipped with fast WiFi that supports both videoconferencing and WiFi calling. On the other hand, let us know if you'd prefer to unplug and disconnect! We'll hide the password so you can enjoy a notification-free getaway to recharge your own batteries. After all, you deserve some relaxation! Guests have access to the entire home, their own parking, and the dock. The cottage is located in a quiet, private neighborhood on the southeast end of the lake. Per local regulations, our dock will be back in the water after April 1 (weather permitting). Due to its lakefront location, the little cottage runs on well water as opposed to municipal water. There is limited cell service around this area, so WiFi calling is enabled on our network.
