Gorgeous farmhouse. This house overlooks 40 acres. It’s a 5 minute drive to Honker Hill Winery (the start of the Shawnee Wine Trail) 🍷and only 10ish minutes to downtown carbondale. A true vacation house feel! There’s a path to a creek in the backyard that leads to Crab Orchard lake. Perfect for kayaking! While the house overlooks 40 acres, the field it over-looks is the neighbors, and is posted as private property. If you would like to enjoy the weather outside, please stay on the grass! There’s plenty of room on the 2.5 acres to have as much fun as you can! Please don’t access any other structures except the house. Plenty of parking space available, bring the whole crew!
