Basement has an outdoor patio for grilling and lounging. Small kitchenette with mini fridge, sink, microwave, toaster and mini oven. Parking available on driveway or on the street. Entrance through the side of the property into the back yard. Please note that there is a small hill through the grass you have to walk down to access the basement. We’ll be available on site or by email or phone at all times. We live on property on the upper floor. Very quiet family oriented neighborhood perfect for walking and exploring the nearby trails. Please note that our family lives in the upper floors so you may hear some noise although we will try our very best to keep it down.
