Nestled in a wooded setting on 2 acres, it is perfect for 1-2 adults (25yrs old or older). Not suited for children. Offers living space, bathroom, kitchenette w/microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, mini fridge and separate dining nook. Private key code entrance and off street parking. One large bedroom with closet and work space includes all bedding, linens, pillows- as well as an iron and ironing board. Separate living area w/small sectional couch and cable TV. Dining nook with table and chairs and kitchenette includes microwave, mini fridge, toaster oven, Keurig, flatware, drinkware and dishes. Private bathroom with shower includes towels, shampoo/conditioner, hairdryer and other toiletries. Patio area outside features table/chairs and firepit. No interior spaces are shared with the owner. Very quiet private street with off street parking. Entry is located at the lower level of the driveway. Park near the shed or garage. Enter through the gate. Door is on the left. Keypad is located on the main door behind the screen door. Very quiet neighborhood with less than 10 homes. Very easy access to many surrounding cities and BWI airport. Please note this is a basement apartment with the owners living on the upper level. The driveway and backyard are the only shared spaces with the owner. During your stay I am available at all times.
