With scenic views and ground-floor living, this stylish apartment is an ideal setting for discovering the North Wales coastline, within easy reach of the Blue Flag beaches at Prestatyn. Finished to a high standard by the Peters whilst boasting original chapel windows, this stunning apartment is a great base for exploring the countryside of North Wales or heading to the coast. As you step into an inviting living space, the well-equipped, designer Italian-fitted kitchen, with handy dishwasher, is certain to entice any budding chefs whilst the other guests rest on the sofa and switch on their favourite programmes, or take advantage of the breakfast bar to enjoy a meal or get involved in a game of cards. Moving through the property there are two super-king-size bedrooms which can both be twin to offer flexible sleeping arrangements and one is complimented by a contemporary en-suite shower room whilst the other has the freedom of the bathroom where guests can choose to freshen up in the shower or take a long soak in the bath. Outside there is off-road parking for one car, or opposite the property, you can take advantage of the free car park for the waterfall. It is also close to the seaside town of Prestatyn, whose Blue Flag beach provides miles of golden sand.
