Very quiet neighborhood yet close to many restaurants, convenience stores, bake shops including Tim Hortons, and train stations. Getting around this area is a breeze. You'll find ample parking just about everywhere you go if you're driving or you can always Uber/Lyft to your destination. There's a neighborhood park and library roughly two blocks away. People are friendly and very warm.
