Small cabin on private lake for fishing or relaxin

A small but cozy one room cabin with one bath designed to accommodate 2 adults with a couple of kids who love the outdoors. The drive in through our automatic gates is down a shady gravel half mile winding road through an old pine forest. The cabin is situated beside the lake and has a huge screen porch with swing, corn hole game, and fishing equipment. The cabin has a microwave, hot plate and toaster, a refrigerator, and a grill for outside cooking. It is perfect for a weekend getaway. With only 640 square feet this little cabin feels so much bigger. The king size bed and a twin bunk bed are super comfortable. There is a full bathroom and kitchenette. The screen porch is 12 x 40 with seating and swing. The cabin and small lake and trails are all for use by renters. I am available by text or phone. We do not live on the property but can be there in about 40 minutes. Our cabin is right off hwy 6 and is only 20 minutes from Oxford. Sardis lake is 10 minutes away with fishing and boating. Public golf course at Mallard Point is about 10-15 minutes away at Sardis Lake. Batesville is less than a 10 minute drive to dining, shopping and I55. The cabin is surrounded by over a 100 acres of pine and hardwood trees with trails cut through for hiking or riding. Car is the only way to get around. Understand that this is a small place and not suited for a large group . Strictly for no more than 4 people.
