Holly Lake Ranch - 3 bedroom cabin with King Bed

Quiet guests are welcome at this wonderful cabin in a private community with 24 hour security. The cabin is about 3 miles from the main community of Holly Lake Ranch, in a more wooded, secluded area. Enjoy morning coffee on the porch while watching the wildlife. This wonderful place is all about peace, quiet, nature and and wildlife. Guests are welcome to use available community amenities including golf, tennis, walking trails, fishing pier, dog park, putt-putt and more. This cabin has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a fully equipped kitchen to make your stay comfortable. There is a wonderful deck with chairs, a fenced yard with fire pit, horseshoes, outdoor dining and charcoal grill. Guests have access to the entire home except for outside storage and one locked supply closet. Nice carport for guests to park under. Up to two cars allowed. Street parking or parking on yard not allowed. Guests will visit the security office (approx 3 miles from the cabin) to receive a security gate pass and then go to the cabin. Self check in with code at door. This cabin is set in a wooded, quiet community in East Texas, in the gated community of Holly Lake Ranch. Guests will have access to nearby resort amenities, depending on season such as swimming pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, boat ramp, kayak/canoe rental, fishing pier, putt-putt and walking trails. Guests will need a car. There is no public transportation in this area. This cabin is in a very quiet, gated community with 24 hour security. Upon booking, you will need to provide identification to the host. At arrival, you will first go to the security office drive-through, show a valid driver’s license and will be given a gate pass. The gate pass will then be used to open the security gates during your stay. This is a very quiet community with a radar enforced speed limit of 25mph.
