This home is perfect of all occasions including the race track or not! LOCATION: The house is located in Southeast Hastings in Motorsports Park. The home is located close to Central Community College, Elks Country Club, Mary Lanning Healthcare, Hastings College, Smith Softball Complex, Nebraska Army National Guard and downtown Hastings. THE INTERIOR: The main floor features an open floor plan living area overlooking the racetrack. All three bedrooms are nestled togeter near the two full bathrooms. THE EXTERIOR: The exterior of the home features a grass yard, large deck with dining and spiral staircase to the room top deck all overlooking the racetrack. KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and includes a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, warming drawer, coffee machine an assortment of flavored coffee and more. BEDROOMS: All three bedrooms contain nice mattresses, bedding and 4 pillows per bed to provide a comfortable nights sleep. Each bedroom has a closet with hangers to allow you to unpack during your stay. BATHROOMS: The bathrooms are stocked for your convenience including plush towels and soaps. The main bathroom is attached to the primary bedroom to provide a private oasis. The second bathroom is conveniently located next to the two additional bedrooms. LAUNDRY ROOM: The laundry area contains a full sized washer and dryer along with laundry detergent and additional supplies. The laundry area is located in the garage accessible via an elevator PARKING: 4 parking spaces are available to the south end of the property. GARAGE: The garage is used by the property owners. All items in the garage, besides the washer and dryer, are not available for quest use. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding the garage. ACCESS: The front door contains a lockbox with the key to allow for self-check-in. The lockbox code will be sent via Airbnb about an hour before your check in time. THE RACE TRACK: Motorsport Park is a 2.15 mile long, 40 foot wide asphalt course with 13 turns as well as 3 long straight-a-ways. The house is located in Southeast Hastings in Motorsports Park.
