5 Rooms in the Emerson Guest House

Your whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located Victorian house. You will have access to all of the rooms on the second floor—five bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms (one en suite). We purchased this historic home in October 2021 and are gradually making improvements. Furnishings may be different than as pictured when you arrive. The guest house is centrally located on Main Street in downtown Vergennes. It is a short walk to all the Little City has to offer. You can park right in front on the street or in the parking lot to the left of the house. In the winter, there is a street parking ban, so you must park in the lot. We’re generally home to welcome you and will provide you with our phone number to text should you have questions during your stay. The Emerson Guest House is located on Main St. in downtown Vergennes, just a short walk from shops, restaurants, the Vegennes Opera House and the town library. We live on the first & third floors of the Emerson Guest House. You have a separate entrance, but we may see you around the property!
