Former candy store now a comfortable home.

Refurbished candy store across from an old brick school. One large living space with vaulted ceilings with old original timbers that were repurposed for trim in all three rooms. New bathroom with a shower. New kitchen with a view of the Spanish Peak mountains in the distance. Queen bed. No TV but access to WIFI. Cuchara Canyon to the east about 15 miles, Great Sand Dunes to the west about 1.5 hour drive. National forest/ parks nearby with Lathrop, Colorado's first state park 15 min away. Quite neighborhood surrounded by single family homes. Two grocery stores within a five min drive. At least six small restaurants with dining in. I will have a listing of eateries in the house. Parking can sometimes be a little difficult in the summer despite being a small town.
