The master bedroom has a king bed, there’s a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom and a full upholstered bed in the 3rd bedroom. All rooms have wall mounted smart TVs. There’s a nest video doorbell and motion sensor security light at the front door, dusk till dawn security lights covering the driveway and back of the shed. 1,300 square foot house features 2 floors. The first floor has a kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room, half bath and coat closet. A fully equipped kitchen makes it easy and convenient for you to prepare your meals. The dining room has beautiful hardwood floors and leads to a patio. On the second, there are three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a full upholstered bed, with a 42'' smart TV. The second bedroom has a wood frame queen bed with 42" smart TV. The first and second bedrooms share a full bathroom with a bathtub. The master bedroom has a wood frame king bed, two night stands with lamps, a 43" smart TV and large bathroom with a shower. Each bedroom have an iron. The drive way can hold three cars. I live less than 20 minutes from The Pearl and will do my best to answer any questions and be available to meet the needs that you may have. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood in down town Oakland. What’s within 5 minutes? Garrett Regional Medical Center, Oakland police, fire department, CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, Lowe’s, Shop N Save, farmers market, restaurants, churches, gas stations, auto repair shops, 2 post offices, 2 gyms and a bowling alley. Located with 20 minutes of Deep Creek Lake and the Wisp Ski Resort, 15 minutes from several golf courses and state parks. There are lots of fun activities year-round to keep you relaxed and recharged. You can spend your weekends hiking through Swallow Falls National Park, which contains some breathtaking scenery and Muddy Creek Falls’ 53-feet waterfall. Kayaking in Herrington Manor State Park, Jet skiing in Deep Creek Lake, hiking or biking in Potomac-Garrett State Forest etc. There’s something for everyone in Oakland.
