This place has a lot of recently improved amenities. If you are looking for a nice place to stay about 35 mins to Baton Rouge and 1 hour and 15 minutes from New Orleans. The outside of our place is the original exterior that the building was built with, but the inside is a charming and refreshing. Our place is the perfect cozy place to stay while visiting the Donaldsonville area. We have plans to continually improve our exterior. Guests will receive the door codes on their arrival date. This apartment is located close to one of the most beautiful parks in Donaldsonville. It is one block away from the main avenue in Donaldsonville that hosts a grocery store, antique shopping and restaurants. There is a Wal-Mart about 5 minutes away from our apartment. There is parking on the street in front of the unit and right across the street for up to three vehicles. This is a duplex. One side of it is a one bedroom apartment that is the rental.
