Our little beach cottage in Sunset Bay has all the perks of home. Our little cottage is within walking distance to the beach, the bars (Cabana Sam's / Sunset Bay Beach Club / Sportsman's Restaurant) and located across the street from the Sunset Bay State Marine Park. Full kitchen to cook meals, bathroom with tub/shower combo and stackable washer/dryer. 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a sofa bed in the living room. Beach towels, bath towels, and linens included. There is a grill and patio deck with patio furniture. We also have an outside shower. Best way to get around is walking or bicycle. Beachy vibe! There is free parking but the driveway is shared. Everything is in walking distance. Feel free to bring bicycles, kayaks and fishing poles.
