This Telluride area Placer Mine Ranch Guest Apartment is an attached, yet completely separate and private, secluded, rental apartment set inside a canyon of red rocks. There are breathtaking views throughout. The apartment has it's own private hot tub with some of the most stunning red rock views in the country! Please note that the entire ranch estate home is shown in the aerial view photo - this is the attached (above garage) 2 bedroom apartment only and it sleeps up to 7. The apartment has two separate bedrooms (King and twin bunks - there is one queen size futon in the family room area and one roll away twin available if needed), one full bathroom (shower only), den and kitchennette (microwave/convection oven, toaster oven, 1 range electric burner, electric gridle, mini freidge/freezer, but NO dishwasher). The apartment is across the street from the San Miguel River and only a short 18 minute drive to the award winning, Telluride Ski Resort or Town of Telluride/ Mountain Village! Large outdoor decks will ensure you can relax with your morning coffee and enjoy the sunsets after a long day of hiking, biking, skiing or more. The view from the private hot tub is beyond stunning whether enjoying the red rock canyons by day or the stars by night! Relax and enjoy! Plenty of parking room on premises. Please pull all the way to the end of the drive and park in front of the orange cone. Stunning red rock canyon canyon views setting within the gorgeous San Juan Rocky Mountains. Just a 15-20 minute drive to the Town of Telluride or Mountain Village and the world known Telluride Ski Resort. Walk across the street to fish or raft the Uncompaghre River. Parking is on the premises. The Town of Telluride bus stop is a few steps away and costs $1 (currently due to COVID the bus is free) to take you to the ski resort and/or into town.
