1 bedroom 2nd floor apartment located a mile from downtown Jamestown. The apartment has been freshly painted and is clean. Apartment #3 is an old apartment, there are cracks in the plaster. They have been patched and the plaster is secure. The kitchen has all required appliances and utensils for an extended stay. There is a private laundry room. There are two streets for free parking. The landlord lives in town and will accommodate needs. This is an older apartment with all intricacies of an old building in Jamestown. It has the amenities of a modern apartment. Please review the pictures before you make reservations. There is a private laundry room just for Airbnb guests I don’t live on the property but I’m there just about everyday. I always give my guests space and can be reached through texting, Airbnb. The neighborhood consist of mostly multi family residential houses. I have had no issues or incidents with my neighbors. If you have a vehicle, there’s two streets to park on. If you have a bicycle, you can store it in the building. The building is located on a hill. I am not trying to fool anyone on the condition of the apartment. The price reflects its condition. It’s an old apartment but clean. Everything works and it’s been freshly painted.
