There are a few long term tenants that live out back in separate apartment buildings. They should not interrupt your stay. 2. Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000. 3. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 / per day. 4. We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes - Dish soap, 2 trash bags, sponge, dish detergent tablet, dish rags, and bath essentials. But please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you will need. We only provide things to get you started. 5. This home is equipped with a security camera outside for the protection of home and safety of our guests. You will have access to the entire home. Please note that in the back of the home there a few separate apartments. We do have long-term tenants that are living in these. They are separated from the home and the tenants should not bother you during your stay. While we do not have someone living on the property, we are only a message away!
