Located on a 6 acre farm, this space offers quiet country living only 5 minutes from Lake Sunapee. Nearby are a myriad of activities including Mt Sunapee State Park and Beach. This new tiny house has a queen bed in loft accessible by stairs and a couch that converts to a double and a full size kitchen and bath. Enjoy a hot tub, fire pit, Wi-Fi, TV for streaming, AC, WD, kitchenware, linens and trash removal provided. Parking for up to 2 vehicles or 1 with boat trailer max length of 18 feet. This new tiny house is nestled into the upper field of a picturesque farm offering privacy and quiet country living. The home has a queen bed in the loft that is accessible via stairs, a couch that converts to a double bed and features a full sized kitchen and bathroom. An electric fireplace adds to the modern farmhouse ambiance on chilly evenings. Enjoy the hot tub, fire pit and grill in the private patio area . Wi-Fi, a TV for streaming, washer and dryer ,air conditioning, kitchenware, linens and trash removal are provided for the perfect vacation getaway! A private driveway allows for parking for 2 cars or 1 car and an 18 foot boat trailer. Enjoy the convenience of bringing either your boat , canoe or 2 kayaks on your vacation. Numerous area attractions like Lake Sunapee and great hiking trails are just a few minutes away by car. I give my guests space and privacy.
