(Jan-Mar bookings only) Completely renovated in 2021, this 2-bedroom cottage features a beautifully decorated interior, modern high-end amenities and uninterrupted views of Grand Lake. Sitting across the road from the State Park, the Blue Heron is within walking distance to 2 beaches, a walking path, a children's playground and direct access to your own private dock. It's the perfect place to reconnect with friends and family. The Blue Heron has been professionally decorated and furnished with our guests in mind. It has a mid-century modern/boho vibe setting it apart from other rentals in the area. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with luxury pillows and linens, a 60-inch tv and panoramic views of the lake. There is plenty of off-street parking for 2 vehicles and boat trailer. Roadways are fairly quiet making it a nice place to ride bikes along the lake and throughout the Villa Nova community. We do try to stop by to meet our guests in person sometime during the stay. We will provide our cell phone numbers upon arrival for emergency situations. Villa Nova is a quiet neighborhood adjoining Grand Lake State Park and just a short drive from the visitor's convention center and campground.
