This Beautiful and opening estate, comes with 3-unique bedrooms designed in a European style. A place where people need to escape from and need time for themselves. On this 60-acre property there are many places for guest to walk and sit with nature. The estate comes with a fully supplied kitchen, washer and dryer, 2 dining tables, Solarium, built in jacuzzi, 3.5 bathrooms, game room, living room, a den, 3 fire places, 2 fire pits, 2 outside dining sets, and plenty of walking space. the house has large open space connecting the down stairs and upstairs together. upstairs has walkway bridge connecting the four rooms together. nearby there is a local vineyard and a private chef who lives in the yellow house next door who is our tenant. There is a pool but you would have to ask him if it is open. The place is tranquil and very peaceful. If you plan to go somewhere off the property car is the only way to get around.
