Guests enjoy having half of the house all to themselves up on the second floor. Each bedroom is a private bedroom fully furnished, with a newly added large ‘community room’ with a kitchenette/dining/lounging area that is located on the second floor tower room with a growing list of amenities for guests to enjoy. Strong Wifi makes streaming your favorite Netflix movies easy. Your quiet Host/Concierge lives downstairs in private quarters with 3 cats & apothecary shop that’s open on Thurs-Sat. - Guest have their own access to their Airbnb with self-check-in. -Three large bedrooms, bathroom, kitchenette/lounging rooms are all located on the 2nd floor, the fourth large bedroom is on the first floor. -This historic 1865 Victorian Homestead was once owned by the President of the Green Mountain Railway and is under slow yet gentle renovations and upgrades in between guest visits. -Each room has fun antiques and several of the bedrooms have the original furniture that ‘came with the house’. Original 1865 wallpaper adorns the walls. -Cool vintage vibes, yet far from being stuffy with modern art and a place to relax and unwind after a day of hiking or skiing. Fab space to write and create in as well with its strong Wifi. -The new community room also has games, several seating ares and a dining table to eat at. -Easy walking distance to village amenities, restaurants, shops & bars helps make this Airbnb an easy choice. -Free onsite parking enough for 4 cars, with street parking allowed overnight during warmer months. -Guests access space using front door with new self-check in locks. Code is provided prior to checking in. -Your Host is available through the Airbnb messaging app to address any requests or questions from 10am-7pm. This is a predominately a residential neighborhood, yet we are just three blocks from the center of town. We have room for a total of four cars to park easily overnight in the driveway. Besides walking to town, Amtrak leaving Penn Station does stop in Bellows Falls, VT on a daily basis and it walking distance to our Airbnb. -Bringing a friendly dog or two? We love hosting your well behaved pets. Dog fee is $75 per dog per stay. -Sanitizers and Clorox wipes are left for guests use to ensure their own health. -Want to book an apothecary workshop? This must be scheduled at time of booking, while having to be paid 1 week before to arrival for proper prepping. -Host is available to act as your onsite concierge, but leaves alone you to enjoy the space wholeheartedly. Come and go as you please. -Do note while respecting your privacy, we do ask guests to be mindful of quiet hours from 11pm-10am so guests can enjoy sleeping in and getting the rest they so need and want. -All are welcome here in our Airbnb.
