Room has been newly decorated. All walls and shelves freshly painted, superior new bedding and black out curtains added January 2022. Room is on the smaller side and is on second floor so ceiling height is not very tall. Ideal for easy going guests who are looking for a quiet affordable place. Shared baths are cleaned regularly. Free parking and laundry on site. The house has other rooms with airbnb guests. Only fully vaccinated guests are being hosted right now. Exception maybe made in some cases if you have no symptoms and can show a recent negative covid test. Kitchen, Bathrooms are shared with other airbnb guests. Shoes must be removed at placed on shoe rack by the back entrance. Please bring indoor slippers or wear socks while inside the house. I live in a separate property 10 mins away but can be reached via airbnb message at anytime. House is safely situated 4 houses down on cadillac ave from the main street i.e. VanDyke Ave
