Adorable 1 bedroom beachside cottage

1 bedroom peaceful guest cottage on the Bayville beach with pullout couch and sleeping for 3 With a small pull out located in the main room, good for two children or 1 adult. Cottage is located behind our main house, completly renovated one year ago. Contains a microwave, coffee pot and refrigerator. Beach chairs and towels will be provided. Walk to local restaurants and market. The space is quaint and "hotel room" style with a small private area off the main section with a Queen sized bed and two windows. The main room has a table and chairs, refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig. There is a private bathroom with a shower. Just outside the cottage is an outdoor shower that guests are welcomed to use. Parking is available on the main street, just steps from the driveway. Call us with any issues! Walking distance to market, restaurants and shopping Parking is available on any street but The Boulevard We will provide beach towels and beach chairs. There is also one child size kayak and one adult inflatable kayak guests are welcomed to use.
