My house is luxurious, comfortable and full of character with the original Victorian features and yet with a contemporary modern feel of the building with TV & Netflix access. There are 2 living rooms wth plenty of seating areas to relax and chill. There is a downstairs loo and a bathroom upstairs. The garden features a decking area and contemporary garden furnitures. There is also a patio area on the side of the property. Special discount available for weekly and monthly stay. The property is beautifully decorated and is situated in an ideal location of St Georges Road by Swanlow Lane, close to the town centre and not far at all from the countryside, railway station, good acesss to M6, Manchester, Chester and central for local attractions. You can however smoke or vape in the patio area with access by the kitchen. Please make sure you lock the doors by turning the thumb turns as soon as you come back in. If you are accessing at the back of the house please make sure you lock both doors. Please be aware the decking and patio areas can be slippery when wet so please take extra care. Please make sure you shut and lock all windows and doors when you are not in the house or when you check out. The front door will lock itself as soon as you shut it. No shoes upstairs please.
