The front bedroom has one king-size bed with Tuft & Needle mattress, and TWO en-suite full bathrooms. One of the bathrooms has a shower, washer and dryer, and the second bathroom has a huge jet tub. The large master bedroom has two queen-size beds, a day bed (turns into king-size if needed), an en-suite bathroom, and access to two separate patios. The master bedroom also features a large open closet. The 3rd bedroom is a private loft, with a king-size Casper mattress, and your own heating and cooling mini split unit. The 4th bedroom is the cinema room which features a futon that turns into a queen-size bed, and a 65 inch tv, with access to a full en-suite bathroom. ★ KITCHEN & DINING ★ You have access to a fully equipped kitchen, featuring an induction stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, a drip coffee maker, and a DeLonghi pod espresso machine. Choose to dine indoors by the large Restoration Hardware dining table, or outside with expansive views over the Pioneertown Valley. Right outside the kitchen there is a propane BBQ present and available to use. Please use the splash guard while cooking, since there is no hood over the stove. ★ LIVING ROOM ★ The living room is the heart of the house, and connects to the kitchen, the front entrance, a bathroom, and the front bedroom. There is also access to the patio next to the dining table in the living room. The 16ft ceilings and the open floor plan makes the 1500 sqft house feel even larger than what it is. Enjoy entertainment with either the various board games, or the flatscreen TV in the living room from either of the two leather couches. ★ OUTDOOR ★ We have put a lot of energy into making the outdoor experience for House of Roy feel both private, entertaining, and still open to the desert views. Don’t walk barefoot outside as there are many things that can cut and hurt your feet on the desert floor. The property is not fenced in, so make sure that your pets are on leash, always. There are 4 main outdoor areas; the front patio, the side patio, the back yard, and the round ex horse corral south of the house. Connected from both kitchen, living room, and master bedroom you’ll find a large wraparound patio that surrounds half the house. On the patio you can enjoy the couches around the fireplace, a propane BBQ next to a full dining room table and chairs, a swing, a hot tub, and sun chairs. On the back side of the same patio there is also another swing behind the master bedroom (kindly use for seating, not swinging). In the backyard, you’ll find many more activities with a full-size volleyball net, 4 hammocks, corn hole, or horse shoe. Steps away from the wraparound patio, you’ll find a large Cowboy Pool Tub surrounded by string lights for those evening baths. ★ GARAGE & PARKING ★ Please park outside the front of the house in the driveway roundabout. Do not park by the side as we have a septic tank underneath the ground. ★ ESSENTIALS ★ House of Roy has fast WiFi, heating in cooling in most rooms (through mini split units), a living room pellet fireplace, so you should always be able to feel comfortable and at home.
