Mineral Springs Hideaway Retreat

This 100+ year old family home is located in Iuka across the street from Mineral Springs Park. You will be close to everything. Plenty of parking for more than one car and boat(s). The home is a continual work in progress. Upgrades are being made monthly. The inside has tiled floors in most rooms and original hardwood in one of the bedrooms. The exterior of the home is in need of some TLC which is planned for the spring. Perfect for weekends, families, contract workers/short stays. This early 1900's home has a large front porch for early morning coffee or afternoon conversations. There are chairs on the front porch, but you are welcome to take them to the back covered carport. The inside layout of the home is pass through. The third bedroom must be entered by walking through the middle bedroom or from a porch entry door. It has a door for privacy. There is plenty of parking: multiple cars, boats, trailers, RV's, etc. The home is located minutes away from local boat ramps and state parks. Many of the homes have been renovated. The neighbors are quiet and kind. The Iuka Mineral Springs Park is across the yard. It has something for all ages. You can walk to Iuka Mineral Springs park for a quiet stroll, to play tennis, to play basketball, there is a playground for children of all ages, etc. WiFi coming soon! I am just waiting on the install. More outdoor furniture is on the top of the spring list along with a pressure washing and porch floor resurfacing.
