A fisherman’s paradise close to multiple boat ramps (3m to Bear Creek, 10.6m to Mill Creek, 6.5m to Rose Trail) with plenty of parking for boats, trailers, and multiple vehicles. This family home was built in the 1950’s as a family home. They raised quail and trained prize winning bird dogs. Some of the quail can still be heard today. Welcome to this cozy cabin like cottage, nestled off to itself surrounded by pines. Sit back and relax on the front porch and watch the sunset or enjoy a private rocking chair on the back porch.
