This is a private apartment atop the carriage house on the property, (2nd floor apartment.) It is the only apartment in the space. The 1st floor is garage space that is used for storage (not for cars.) The furnished 1-bedroom apartment is approximately 550 square feet and includes a full kitchen (with utensils, dishes, pots, pans, etc), bathroom, and living room space (with small dining table) as well. The apartment comes with one off-street parking spot (no crazy on-street Philly parking for you!), next to the carriage house. Lansdowne itself is minutes from Philadelphia -- either a quick train ride or Uber/Lyft away. The SEPTA line is a quick 5-minute walk from the apartment, and so is the small Lansdowne downtown. The apartment is accessed by walking up a flight of outdoor stairs. Grocery stores are close by, and there are many restaurant options in short driving distance (or available via Uber Eats/GrubHub, etc.)
