Two bedrooms w/shared Jack&Jill bathrooms and queen beds, another bedroom with queen and it’s own full bathroom, large game room/media room upstairs with two sets of bunk beds and large sofa. Super chill pool table room just off the kitchen, sitting area for chilling next to the liquor bar, Kitchen space is fully stocked and perfect for cooking and chilling with large island for seating. Main living is just off the kitchen with open floor plan. Step out the back door and sit under a huge covered porch with large square table with seating for 12 making for an awesome outdoor dinning space, a great sitting area there too with nice outdoor furniture to chill and watch a game at the outdoor fireplace, as you see from the pics the outdoor kitchen area is great for entertainment along with the separate firepit area and the huge pool and hot tub. Outside you’ll find a large pellet smoke, gas grill and black stone griddle. Back yard has a trampoline and situated in two lots it’s large so the kids can play baseball, soccer, football, pull out the ping pong table, and run around with all that energy. Out front is a large area to shoot some hoop too! A golf cart is a available for rent if you’d like. Anytime Fitness right across the street. We are connected to 4 neighborhoods so hitting a long cart cruise is fun too! We are right next to everything in Lumberton, only 10 minutes from Beaumont Texas, 20 to Ford park in case you’re here for some baseball, Multiple golf options, 10 from kayaking village creek and it’s white sandy beaches, 30 from salt water fishing and an hour from Louisiana Casinos. The House is fully stocked with all towels, linens, kitchen supplies, wash/dryer with supplies, coffee maker standard with coffee and pretty much anything you could need. 3 covered parking spaces and lots of additional parking on large driveway We will be reachable by phone or text throughout your stay and we have maintenace available if you should need anything. When you stay here you complete relaxation and enjoyment is our #1 goal
