Sunny Chatham Village 3 Bedroom House

This 3 bed 2 bath house is centrally located in the village of Chatham. In less than 5 minutes by foot, you can be at any one of Chatham's restaurants, the brewery, or shops. A walk the other way can take you to Borden's Pond for a nice quick hike. By car, you are a short drive to countless hiking and biking trails, ski resorts, Tanglewood, The Egg, Mass MOCA, & many more. The closest Amtrak stations are Hudson (15 min) or Albany (25 min). Chatham is a train town & it does not run on a schedule. The house is spacious and equipped to make your stay comfortable. Please note the exterior space is a work in progress. It should be completed by summer. The house has parking for 2 cars. We live locally and are happy to offer help when needed. The village is great for pedestrians! Within walking distance are shops, restaurants, a liquor store, a brewery, and soon the Hancock Shaker Museum. Note: Chatham is a train town. The house is set up on a hill, a block from the train tracks. You will hear the train and there is no schedule. Parking on the street is free. While the Amtrak runs through the village, it does not stop there. The closest train stations are Hudson or Albany. Car services do exist, but they are notoriously unreliable.
