I live next door to the rental residence. This neighborhood is in the first block of Rocalla Ave right off of Highway 85. The houses date back to 1916 and the land was set aside by New Cornelia Copper Company for their railroad workers, Tucson, Cornelia, and Gila Bend Railroad.
