Spacious, well equipped, great location. 10 miles from canton ( first Monday), and 55 miles east of Dallas.Great fishing and hunting near by. Fully equipped bring suitcases and enjoy .Please follow checkout instructions on desk , Enjoy Easy access , corner of Lamar and Rachel street . Parking for four (Website hidden by Airbnb) trailers and campers allowed Excellent fruit stand across the street , family owned.The best pecan pie I’ve ever had .First Monday minutes away ( largest flee market in nation) No smoking in house and no pets
