The weather can make access to cabins and Tiny Homes muddy. Grass is often growing tall and we cannot always mow due to wet weather. Grass may be brown at times also due to heat of Texas sun. We recommend bug spray, sun screen, and boots. Why do we charge an extra fee of $8-10 per person per night after 2 people? We do this to cover utilities and other costs that occur when more than 2 people a night a staying in the cabin. Why do we charge a cleaning fee? We use a fantastic local cleaning service that cleans and sanitizers the entire cabin after every reservation. This ensures a safe, clean and enjoyable stay.
