Quiet neighborhood with easy and quick access to hospital, parks, shopping, Whiteman Air Force Base, I-70, University of Central Missouri, and public schools. The basement apartment has a bedroom , a bathroom, a living room with large LG TV with Netflix and YouTube, full kitchen with microwave, dinning room, and a second TV room for games or videos. Guest access includes all of the basement apartment and use of the patio. The basement apartment is in a home that is in a rather quiet and secluded area yet close to downtown and other areas such as Whiteman Air Force Base and the University of Central Missouri. Please be conservative with utilities: electricity, water, gas. Please recycle tin, metal, cardboard, and paper in box in kitchen. Glass is not accepted. Please do not place cold or hot containers directly onto wood furniture. Please use a coaster or a protective cover of some sort. Thanks. If using the laundry, use cold water. Please be conservative on electricity. Please turn off all lights when not in use. Thanks!
