My space can accommodate up to 4 guests if booking both bedrooms. Price per night for is for 1 room (2 guests) . If second room is needed it would be $25 per guest . I offer a calm relaxing space 1 block off the Delaware river on the NY border. There is great trails and outdoor area on property to relax by the fire pit and pond. The area offers hiking , bicycle rentals, rafting/kayaking down the beautiful Delaware River, and skiing in the winter months. A short walk from the train station. My home is calm and relaxing on a quiet borough street. You can easily get around and see the area by foot and there is plenty of hiking trails in the area. The river is a block away and there are many spots nearby where you can hang out and watch the river go by with a picnic ( don’t forget your camera! Lots of eagles in the area ) Looking to be floating down the river- lots of places to take raft, canoe, or tube trips nearby! The backyard is a calm relaxing space. There is a pergola with lounge seating, a waterfall pond ( for nature sounds only - no swimming) , a Weber gas grill, and a fire pit with wood to burn. There is even a dog run available if you would like for the furry ones! I give as much privacy as you desire. If you need recommendations, I am always available via text or Air BNB messages Quiet family neighborhood. Close to train station and Action Bikes ( within walking distance) offers daily bicycle rentals. Taxi cabs are main transportation.Walking distance to local restaurants and bars. Walking or taxi cabs are main form of local transportation. The Metro North RR Port Jervis Station is less than 2 miles away. There is absolutely no smoking in house! No shoes on the carpet in the guest rooms ! Please keep bathroom tidy as there is no daily maid service. When using kitchen, please use designated fridge and cabinet space for guests and place used dishes, cups, and utensils in dishwasher. Pots / Pans must be hand washed please. There is always disposable plates, cups, and plastic utensils for guests in the cabinet as well, if you prefer. Any garbage ( especially with food products in it ) should be brought down to kitchen daily and placed in kitchen garbage can. The kitties are not allowed outside. Please be careful when you use the front door.
