Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. 7-bedroom and 6.5 bathrooms home will make your trip a great experience. This rustic modern house has large windows, lake views, indoor fireplaces, gym, and outdoor patios/fireplace. This space is truly an oasis. Enjoy the relaxed views with your family. Our Home: We completed a full basement renovation in 2021. Beautiful sunrise over a lake and similar sunsets over the front lake! Vaulted ceilings along with outside views make this an oasis and getaway. Our property is on a septic system only specified chemicals and toilet paper can be used. House has security cameras outside the houses. Please be specific with the amount of people staying, if we see more, money will be deducted from the deposit or stay will be canceled, without a refund. Again, this is our family home and we are pleased to have clean, respectful guests, property is not a playground, please make sure all guests are respectful and stay within our property lines. We have wonderful neighbors also, no screaming or being loud outside, all of us here love the peaceful and tranquil environment. Quiet time outside after 9pm. Any items provided are as is and expected to be returned in the same condition. Living Room: This open floor plan makes lots of space for a large family to talk and eat together. The living room features a wall of windows, wood-burning fireplace, 2 couches, a bench, and a reclining chair. The 60" TV is smart for all the streaming apps with included wifi. There is also a game closet for your family fun! Dining Room: This large dining table seats 8+ (folding chairs available). The large windows make this a great focal point. Large kitchen: Granite countertops and wood cabinets, pullout spice racks, 6 burner stove, convection microwave, and large pantry make this space fun to cook in and easy to store items. There is a wrap-around island with seating making this space easy to move around and talk while cooking. It has stainless steel appliances and includes basics as well as a toaster, instant pot, Ninja smoothie blender, and crockpot. Main Level Half-Bath: This is right off the kitchen, living room, and dining room. Main Level Master Suite: This spacious room has a queen bed making it perfect for the best night's rest. Plenty of space for an additional airbed, if needed. This large room has access to the balcony, in-room laundry, and master bath with 2 separate vanities, a walk-in shower, and a tub. There is also a workstation and printer. Micro-Bedroom: Located on the main level right off the garage entrance. This micro-bedroom is perfect for any guest that doesn't like to climb stairs. Queen Bedroom: The queen-sized bed will give you a great night's rest. Gorgeous lake views, a dresser, and nightstands. This room has an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. Game Room: This upstairs multi-purposed room doubles as a second living space/game room with 50in tv and bedroom at night time. Equipped with a sectional couch and bean bag. This room has a King Size bed along with plenty of room for multiple air mattresses. This room also has an en-suite walk-in shower and spacious bathroom vanity. To top it off it has a small balcony, fantastic sunset views over the front pond. Full Room: The cozy queen-sized bed will give you a great night's rest. There is also a dresser and walk-in closet. This room has a Hollywood bathroom with a walk-in shower. Basement Office: This It has one sofa bed/futon for sleeping. We provide you with a foam pad mattress topper for the sofa. This room has a bookshelf and closet. Basement King Suite: The plush king bed makes the best night's sleep. This large room has a walkout patio with a porch swing. The en-suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower and lighted vanity mirror. Gym: This downstairs multi-purpose room has a weight bench along with an exercise bike and stretching machine. There is plenty of space for an air mattress if an extra room is wanted. Downstairs Living Room: This open floor plan makes lots of space for a large family to talk and hang out together. A large table with chairs seats 10+. Equipped with an 80" TV and a kitchenette with a 65" TV. The mini-fridges, ice maker, and dishwasher makes this the perfect place for a game night. Downstairs Bathroom: This large bathroom has a divine walk-in rainfall shower, lighted vanity mirror, and linen closet. Yard: This home sits on 10 acres with a fountain and small lake in front. The front lake is shared with the neighbor so you only have access to the north side of it. Balcony: Main-level covered patio comes with a gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings with fan, and grill. This is the perfect space for relaxing. Main Balcony: Spacious second-story balcony with amazing views. Has a dining table and chairs along with a pub table and chairs. Perfect for dinner outside. We have 2 pack 'n plays available upon request We have 2 laundry rooms, one on the main level in the master suite and the second in the basement. Guests have access to the entire house and yard excluding the downstairs garage, closets, outbuilding, back lake, and southside of front lake. We will be close by at all times.
