Stay in this peaceful townhouse and live like a true local in Frederick. We're within driving distance to restaurants, museums, and hikes. The rental comes with 1 bedroom, and a private bathroom that you're free to use any time. Wi-Fi, Roku TV, free parking -- there is everything you need. The home is about a 15 min drive from everything necessary. 5min drive to highways 270 and 70. 15 min drive to downtown Frederick. 50 min drive to DC and Baltimore. There are trails in the area and there is a park about a 5 min walk from the house. there are 2 tennis courts and basketball courts within a 10 min walk. imIf you have a rental, that is most ideal. However, Lyft and Uber are fully functional in the area. 25 mins to Gaithersburg. There are a lot of local hiking trails and parks in the area. Pennsylvania and West Virginia state lines are about a 20 min drive. Harpers Ferry West Virginia is 30 mins away.
