It is very private with timed blooming all spring and summer long. Enjoy the gas fire bbq pit and long peaceful summer nights on the patio! Plenty of room for children to run and play safely without worrying as it’s completely fenced and gated! Enjoy wine tasting with Bethany vineyards and Gouger just a mile or so away, biking, summer concerts at local venues, golfing right around the corner at Tri-Mountain golf course. Casino is just 5 min away as well as the Clark County fairgrounds and Sunlight Amphitheater. Play croquet, football or frisbee with family and friends in the large expansive yard! We have a sheriff that lives across the way and nice neighbors that you probably won’t see because we are all spaced apart pretty far. My home is on a dead end road so only local traffic. There is no bus as you are in the country… however Uber is available in this area… Grocery stores are Even though the property is perfect for pets, I am saying no to pets unless we have a conversation first and agree to a specific pet fee… this must be approved. I have outdoor cameras for security purposes so I can see all who enter premises. Just an fyi.
