Enjoy this spacious studio with a Queen bed, kitchenette and washer/dryer. You have your own dedicated parking, patio area and back yard. Perfect for a solo traveler or couple looking to get away. This unit is well appointed and close to many hospitals and businesses making it a great place to make your temporary home. The main area has room for sleeping, watching TV, working or dining without feeling cramped. The bathroom is large and the kitchenette makes it easy to do your cooking. The rental is in a wonderful neighborhood. I should know as I live only a few houses away. It is friendly, safe and easy to walk around. We are close to the lake and there is a small park nearby where you can sit and enjoy the water. There is plenty of ample street parking that is safe with minimal neighborhood traffic as it is not a main road. You do get one parking space in the driveway too. I live a short walk away in the same neighborhood and I'm available to assist with any concerns. This neighborhood is very family friendly, easy to walk and safe. The location is central to Philadelphia and south Jersey with easy access to Rt 42/ AC Expressway, the Turnpike and Rt 295. It is also a mile from the PATCO Lindenwold Train going into Philly. When it is warm, there is an outside table, umbrella and chairs for you to sit on the patio by your entrance. The yard is fenced in so your pet can run free, but please pick up after them and close the gate for safety.
