Make your way up the stairs to the front entrance and check yourself into this spacious, sun-filled home where you can enjoy all the peace and quiet of living amongst the trees while still being close to all the action. Relax in the living area on the plush sofas where you can open the blinds and let the sunshine stream in from the wall of floor to ceiling windows while you watch TV, catch up with friends or simply lose yourself in a good book. Entertaining is a breeze in the fully equipped, gourmet kitchen that comes with everything you need to cook up breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a full size fridge/freezer, a freestanding oven/cooktop, a rice maker, a Keurig coffee machine to get your mornings started right and a dishwasher to take care of all the cleaning up. Eat together at the elegant dining table set for six or if you don’t feel like cooking, choose from the countless restaurants, cafes and take out spots within a short drive from the house with a cuisine to keep even the fussiest of eaters satisfied. There are three generous bedrooms within the house with each offering comfortable beds topped in soft, quality lining along with plenty of space to unpack and make yourself at home. The master suite features a large king bed with two comfortable reading chairs by the window, a handy workspace with a desk and chair and its own private balcony. Add fun with 43 inches smart TV opposite to the bed so you can enjoy all of your favorite streaming services. Off the master is the lavish ensuite with a his and her vanity stocked with quality essentials and a walk in shower with designer tiles and a luxe rain shower. Bedroom two is filled with a king bed with a 43 inches TV opposite so you can enjoy a movie night tucked up in bed while bedroom three is perfect for families with a twin over double bunk bed. The central bath is located in the hall with a relaxing full-size tub and overhead shower with fluffy towels for each guest that can be found at the end of each bed. Also in the hall is the laundry that comes equipped with a washing machine and dryer so you can pack light and wash on the go with complimentary detergent provided. On a sunny day, sit out on the elevated deck and enjoy your coffee each morning while listening to the birds singing. Then of an afternoon watch the kids running around in the expansive yard while you cook up dinner on the BBQ with a drink or two and eat alfresco style as you take in the peaceful surrounds. The house is located in beautiful Flower Mound that is home to some of the most enjoyable outdoor activities in the area where you can go fishing, recreational boating, hiking and birdwatching just to name few. Flower Mound Park is right on your doorstep where you can take the Pink Evening Primrose trail all the way across to the neighboring Morriss Rd Park for a lovely walk each morning. Stone Creek Park is a 7 minute drive away and is a popular retreat for anyone wanting to unwind, as it is beautifully landscaped and serene. There are large trees, small waterfalls, gazebos and bridges. There are also well maintained jogging, walking and biking trails and playground equipment for children. Heritage Park is a neighborhood park with a playground, covered picnic pavilion, pond, playground and multi-use trails. Free concerts in the park are held every Friday in May, that feature family-friendly, live music. On a warm day, visit the CAC Waterpark that has both indoor and outdoor facilities. The outdoor waterpark is open from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend and features a wide range of water activities, such as water slides, a dumping bucket, lazy river, vortex, water play structures, and a zero-depth activity pool, with three toddler slides. Just 20 minutes away is the charming old town of Grapevine with a beautifully preserved, historic Main Street, which is lined with more than 80-locally owned restaurants, boutiques, jewelry stores, winery tasting rooms and art galleries. Grapevine, as a whole, offers more than 200 restaurants and 7 winery tasting rooms and is a must visit when in the area. You’ll have everything you could possibly need within this great central location with Riverwalk on one side and the Highlands on the other with shops, restaurants, a cinema, a wholefoods market, Kroger Target, JC Penny, Best Buy, you name it its there! You are also just a quick drive to the Dallas Airport making the home a great alternative to an airport hotel and only 28 miles northwest of Dallas and 25 miles northeast of Fort Worth. For guests needing a place to stay around the Texas Presbyterian Hospital the house is just a short 4 minute drive away or 15 minute walk with the Courtyard by Marriott. The best way to get around is by car with free parking included during your stay. Guests can also use a taxi service or a ride share company like Uber with plenty of cars at any time of the day or night.
