Tiny is a one bedroom cottage with an additional futon in the living room. It has a large screened in porch a private sitting area for two outside or join the host and other guests in the outdoor dining area with a fireplace. Tiny is heated and has in the window AC. Walk to downtown and public beaches no private beach. NOTE you will need to bring queen sheets, standard pillowcases, and towels Tiny has an open airy kitchen living room space which opens to a large screened in porch. The porch has its own dining room table which is often used as office space. The kitchen has a stove, microwave and refrigerator with a small dining table. Parking in an off street lot two cars can fit in the tandem space for Tiny’s guests. Walk to public docks, downtown, restaurants , shopping, beaches and water fun rentals I live on the property and am available by phone if needed Parking is on Spring Street which is a dirt road quiet and good for walking . If you go down the front stairs you’re on Mount Major highway an easy walk,about a half a mile, outside of Alton Bay with all the bay activities available to you Walking to the bay for restaurants, public beaches, public docks , to Board the SS Mount Washington, and patron local stores is best. If it is high jinx you want then go zip lining at gunstock mountain or hiking in the white mountains but you’ll need a car to get there There are live bands on the bandstand in the bay Friday nights during July and August. Guests can enjoy the bands by boat if you have one or carry a chair and stroll down to enjoy. Note- sheets,pillowcases, and towels are NOT provided
